We have an opening for a full-time Sr. Microsoft Engineer. This position is a challenging career path that performs project-based consultation to customers as well as technical support at all levels. Typical projects include systems and application virtualization, Active Directory migrations, MSExchange implementations, Hosted Services migrations and network infrastructure audits and remediation. We are currently looking for an experienced engineer in the Cincinnati area. The company will require a highly technical, highly experienced engineer to assist in scoping and executing on projects.

Minimum requirements are:
Information Technology services experience of 6 or more years.
Microsoft Certified (MCSE 2003 or MCITP)
Microsoft Active Directory Design and Implementation
Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server.
Microsoft Virtualization
Excellent communications skills are required as client interface is extensive.

Optional, but highly desirable:
Microsoft Hosted Services
Microsoft Systems Center Products
Experience with VMware Infrastructure products.
Consulting experience with familiarity of presales processes
Skills in project management, network design, and security (Symantec) products are desirable.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
