Exchange Server 2007 designs, Exchange Unified Messaging
Migrations/upgrade from previous versions of Microsoft Exchange Server (2003, 2000 and 5.5)
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft directory services technology stack, including Active Directory Domain Services and Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services, along with a working knowledge of competitive technologies.
Additional Preferred Skills:
Design and deployment experience with Instant Messaging such as Office Communication Server (OCS) and Live Communication Server (LCS)
Client Access designs for various scenarios including: Outlook, Outlook Web Access (OWA), Exchange Active Sync (EAS) for Mobile Devices, Extranet access including Web Publishing with ISA or similar devices
In depth knowledge of the Windows platform and its components, including Windows Server 2008/R2 and Windows XP/Vista/7, along with IIS, Certificate Services, Clustering, and File & Print services.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor\'s degree in a related field preferred
Five or more years of consulting experience with technical architecture analysis and design
Experience working with one or more technical platforms
Experience working with technical infrastructure communication issues of low to medium complexity
Other Qualifications:
One to two years of additional relevant experience in one or more technical specialty areas
Good technical infrastructure design skills
Good communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
Ability to devise creative technical solutions
Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex technical problems
