We monitor, manage and implement Windows, Mac & Linux technologies for manufacturing, medical, government and professional services industries.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled, energetic, network engineer with the drive and determination to help us support our client base. We are looking for an individual who is a problem-solver and has a proven track record of working within a team environment to successfully address challenging user computing issues.
You may visit multiple clients one day or support clients from our in-house help desk the next day. This position requires excellent communication skills as you will be providing exceptional support for clients with varying computer skills.
You have experience with the following technologies
Desktop platforms Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, 7 and Mac
Server platforms Windows 2003, 2008 & 2011 Small Business Server, Mac & Linux
Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange
Firewall technologies, Fortinet, Cisco, Sonicwall
Antivirus, Malware & Spyware prevention solutions
Desktop software suites
MCSE, ACSP, RHCE, CCNA preferred, but not required

• Able to travel around Los Angeles with own transporation
